The latest development plan for the city--Development Plan 2034--has cleared another hurdle. Recommendations like changing the controversial `affordable housing' term to `social housing' have made it to the report, which may be tabled before mayor Snehal Ambekar on Monday. A final nod will be given by the 227 newly-elected corporators after the mayor's election on March 8.
